iwtl how to be ok with being alone

ive always been very lonely, but it affects my mental health a lot and I just want to learn how to be ok with it. im 21 but the oldest sibling in my family (big age gap) and my four younger siblings are back to back in age so although I love them to bits they aren’t old enough to be my friends yet haha, I don’t have a relationship with our parents or the rest of my family due to abuse and unfortunately I don’t have any friends (haven’t since leaving school) and I live alone, the most interaction I get is with my colleagues but again they aren’t friends just acquaintances. i struggle a lot with friendships due to what i suspect may be neurodivergence- forming bonds / relationships has always been a massive struggle for me so i just want to learn to be ok with solitude while i work on how to make friends

How to approach needing time off work due to DV (England)?

I’m really sorry if this isn’t the best place to post this, however I am currently in the process of trying to leave a controlling and dv relationship that my workplace manager is aware about but not in its entirety. In order for me to leave I would need a few months off as I’ll be moving back home to my parents and from where they live it’s not commutable (I also don’t drive) I want to avoid having to leave my job because I genuinely enjoy it and if I leave I will need to pay over £1000 in training fees. I’m the lead tenant/bill payer so dealing with a lot of financial stress so trying to minimise costs and leave discreetly, apologies if this is abrupt I really appreciate any advice (my company doesn’t have a specific hr department as far as I’m aware, I work in private healthcare and have been employed there a little over 2 years)

guys, is the concept of the biological clock genuinely true because I really desire to have children in my late 30’s early 40’s but I’m wondering if it will even be possible to conceive naturally. i know its more unlikely but not impossible… would it be selfish? i know i want children in the future but i need a lot longer to build myself to where i need to be. i am only 20 lol but whenever i have this conversation with people they tell me im crazy, but in my opinion at that age you have had time to build financial stability, to have done the things you want to do with your life but you are not yet too old to be unable to be physically active with the children. id love to hear some other opinions on this 😫
