Looking for 1 BHK Independent or 2 BHK Sharing | Budget: Max 18K

I am looking to relocate to Noida around late June or early July and am hunting for an accommodation within my budget.
Based on my daily commute/requirements, I am strictly looking at areas around Sectors 62, 63, 50, 74. 75, 76, 80, Phase-2, 116, 117 and Sector 110 (essentially the radius surrounding the Sector 62 to Sector 50/80 metro stretch).
Here are my requirements:
• Configuration: 1 BHK Independent flat/floor OR single occupancy in a pre-occupied/sharing 2 BHK.
• Furnishing: Fully Furnished (Setup should ideally include AC, geyser, bed, wardrobe, refrigerator, and functional kitchen setup/appliances).
• Budget: Maximum ₹18,000 per month (inclusive of or flexible with minor maintenance).
• Move-in Timeline: June end or July start (2026).
• About Me: 27M, IT working professional. Clean, respectful of privacy, and non-intrusive, Badminton player, Foodie
Preferences:
• Walking distance or easy connectivity to the nearest metro station (Blue/Aqua Line).
• Safe neighborhood with decent amenities or nearby markets for daily essentials.
