I'm looking for a 3BHK flat in or around Noida Sector 75, 76, 77, 78, 50, 51, or nearby areas.

A little context:

I've been living peacefully in my current flat for several years, but the owner is returning from abroad, so I need to vacate. This is the only reason I'm shifting.

I'm looking for an individual owner who is comfortable renting the entire flat to me as the primary tenant as I am already living with my two siblings who will continue staying in the house. I take complete responsibility for the property, rent payments, maintenance, and overall management of the house.

What I'm looking for:

- 3BHK Semi-furnished

- Budget: Depending on the property (open to discussion)

- Family-bachelor-pet friendly society

- within this month

One humble request: Since this move is sudden and unplanned, I'm hoping to find an owner who can be a little flexible with the security deposit (if possible). Timely rent payments and proper upkeep of the property will never be an issue.

I am planning to buy a 3bhk apartment in noida. Nothing good seems to be below 3cr. My tip concerns are livability, quality, greenery and convenience.

Whatever is new in noida, the prices are exorbitant more than 4-5 cr. Even older societies good inventory is touching 3 cr and more. So is it worth buying in the older societies, given maintenance issues might up? Also there a very few good, 'well maintained' ones in noida. Or is it wiser to stretch budget?
