Looking for recommendations for a rental in Noida Sector 18 for a friend. The stay could be anywhere between 1–3 months, depending on the duration of her stint with her employer.
If you run an Airbnb/serviced apartment or have a place available for a short-term rental in or around Sector 18, please DM/connect with me.
Recommendations and leads would be much appreciated!
I recently got approved for SBI Cashback card as well as the Amazon ICICI APay.
Limit on SBI is 44k (I am not bothered about it)
Limit on ICICI is 2,10,000 (which is fine, not bothered)
However, I am unable to apply for the SBI BPCL Octane card.
Everytime I try applying for it, it takes me back to my application for the approved SBI Cashback card.
Any suggestions?

I am a beginner here, have been running about 2 - 3 KMs, 3 times a week for a month.
Since I now feel that I am getting used to it, I am planning to purchase a pair basic running shoes. I am not a brand conscious person, so an unknown brand but good quality would work too.
My requirements: -
Budget- upto 5K
Size- 9
Running target- trying to achieve 10 kms
Misc- No idea if I should go for vide toe or regular
Currently, I am using my 2 year old basic walking shoes from Adidas, which I purchased from Myntra.
One issue that I face is pain near ankles and shins. Further, right knee also pains sometimes.
Will be grateful for any guidance🙏
Any recommendation for roman curtain / chic makers in South Delhi?
A little about me first.
I’m 29, based in South Delhi, and I’m a lawyer.
I earn on the lower end of six figures per month and my work can be intense and unpredictable, but I genuinely enjoy it. Outside work, life is much simpler. I enjoy long drives, discovering new cafés, travelling whenever I can, and going down random internet rabbit holes because one Google search somehow turns into reading about Roman law or why octopuses are smarter than most people I argue with.
I like good conversations. The older I’ve gotten, the more I’ve realised that being able to talk to someone effortlessly is far more attractive than having everything in common.
Why Reddit?
Mostly because I don’t use dating apps. They’re just not my thing. Reddit feels different. People seem a little more real here. You get a glimpse of how someone thinks before you know what they look like, and I like that.
I’m not much of a party person either. Give me a quiet café, a long drive, good food, or an evening spent talking over loud clubs any day.
As for what I’m looking for, I don’t have a ridiculously long checklist.
I’d love to meet someone between 28 and 30/32 who’s kind, emotionally mature, and communicates honestly. Someone who can laugh at herself, doesn’t believe in playing games, and wants to build something meaningful instead of constantly wondering if there’s someone better one swipe away.
I’m 5’11, don’t smoke or do recreational drugs, and prefer a reasonably active lifestyle. Being around NCR would definitely be a bonus, simply because I’d rather spend time together than spend hours planning logistics.
I prefer career oriented women but dont care how much you earn. I’d much rather know what excites you, what makes you laugh, what you’re passionate about, or what your comfort food is.
Suggest a fix for tile skirting and broken corner tiles
Recently replaced door frames. While uninstalling the previous ones, the corner tiles and borders are damaged with no option of using any cut pieces. How can I fix it without replacing it entirely?
Anyone up for pickleball tomorrow? 15.06.2026?
Can plan in the evening- after 7 pm. Venue can be CoPlay Lajpat, Gulmohar, JCO Def Col.
Looking forward to a great game. I am a beginner+, more into controlled games.
Got this quotation. Please suggest what checks and balances should be kept in mind? Thickness of UPVC, glass etc? How are the companies of which material is being used?
I’m a 29-year-old man dating a 29-year-old woman. We’ve been together for some time and are in a long-distance relationship (about 250 km apart).
When we started dating, we had a very clear understanding: she would try to convince her father for marriage, but if he ultimately refused, we would part ways because neither of us wanted to drag out a relationship with no realistic future.
The challenge is that she has always maintained that her father is very unlikely to agree. He wants her to marry someone from her own profession, preferably someone with an established family background and setup in that field. I, on the other hand, am a first-generation professional. I’ve built my career from scratch and am doing reasonably well, growing year after year, but I don’t come from the kind of background her father seems to be looking for.
Recently, she again told me that her father probably won’t agree. Based on our original understanding, I told her that if that’s the case, there may be no point in continuing the relationship.
The problem is that she refuses to break up. She says she’ll talk to him again, that there’s still a chance, that maybe he’ll come around. At the same time, she is also quite candid that she doesn’t really expect him to agree.
So I feel stuck in a constant hot-and-cold cycle. Rationally, I feel there’s a very high chance (90% or more) that this won’t work out. Emotionally, I’m deeply attached to her and desperately want it to. She is putting in some effort and seems to genuinely want a future together, which makes walking away even harder.
I’m struggling with whether I should end the relationship now to protect myself from further heartbreak, or continue and see if things somehow change. Part of me feels that hope is keeping me invested in a situation that may never materialize.
For people who have been in similar situations: how do you distinguish between genuine hope and simply postponing an inevitable breakup? And if ending it is the right thing to do, how do you do it when neither person actually wants the relationship itself to end?
