I am looking for 2 bhk to rent in 137 for family. I am getting 2 options.

Logix Blossom County - 28.5k including maintenance.

Gulshan Ikebana - 27k + 5600 maintenance (It's actually 3 bhk, but the owner has his belongings in 1 room, so it's effectively 2 bhk).

I know Gulshan Ikebana is more modern and newer. But is giving 4k extra compared to Blossom County justified, or is it overpriced? Any special pros/cons of society?

What type of society is actually best for a family — low-rise/less crowded or large high-rise societies?

I’m looking for a society to rent in Noida and I’m a bit confused about what works best for a family.

Personally, I’m more comfortable with low-rise or relatively less crowded societies. When I see very large, high-density societies with lots of tall towers packed together, I sometimes get a feeling of being lost or trapped inside a huge residential complex. I prefer a place that feels spacious, open, green and somewhat connected to the surrounding neighbourhood.

At the same time, I don’t want to compromise on the things that matter for a family:

\\\\- Good kids' play area

\\\\- Clubhouse/swimming pool

\\\\- Parks and greenery

\\\\- Safe environment for children

\\\\- Good maintenance and security

\\\\- Some sports facilities if possible

\\\\- Shops/market and daily conveniences nearby

\\\\- A society that feels active and lived-in rather than isolated

Some of my friends live in large high-rise societies like Gulshan Ikebana, Supertech Ecociti, etc, and they seem perfectly happy with them. So I’m wondering whether I’m overthinking my preference for smaller/less crowded societies.

For people who have actually lived in both types, what do you think works better for a family in the long run?

Is a large high-rise society actually more comfortable because of the amenities and community, or does a smaller/less dense society provide a better quality of life?

I’d especially appreciate recommendations for societies in Noida that offer a middle ground — spacious and less overwhelming, but still well-maintained with good family amenities.

I’m preferably looking for a society in a lively area rather than somewhere isolated or deserted, especially in the evening.

It would be great to have a market, grocery shops, cafes and other daily conveniences nearby, along with good safety and security. I’d also prefer a society with spacious rooms and, if possible, large balconies and a good open/green view. Good connectivity and easy availability of autos/cabs would also be a plus.

I’ve been looking at societies like Grand Omaxe, Gulshan Ikebana, Purvanchal Silver City and Jaypee Wish Town, but I’m open to other suggestions. Which societies would you recommend around Sector 132, and are there any areas or societies I should avoid because they feel too isolated or don’t have much around them?

Here are a few things that make me think it isn't:

1. The electricity wires lead to nowhere—there is no actual source of electricity.

2. It isn't geographically possible for people driving from completely different locations to end up in the same town.

3. When Tabitha returned to the outside world, the Boy in White was still there. This could mean that both the town and the "outside world" are part of the same reality—or neither is actually real.

4. In the last season, we saw things like earthquakes and red lightning in the sky. I'm not sure the Man in Yellow is powerful enough to control the weather itself.

5. The town has wormholes and time-travel portals. Those don't seem like the work of just a dark curse or black magic.

6. Victor said the distance to the tree keeps changing. That feels more like a glitch than something supernatural.

7. The weather also changes randomly. It feels like different stages or levels of a game have different backgrounds and scenery, rather than the town following normal weather patterns.

My theory is that the town is actually some kind of simulation or game being played by the Man in Yellow (MIY) and the Boy in White (BIW).

Think about how games work—the more levels you clear, the harder the game becomes. That reminds me of what people in the town say: "If you push the town, the town pushes back even harder."

The town also seems to have its own rules, like how people's fears become real. That feels less like magic and more like game mechanics.

The way the Boy in White and the Man in Yellow casually met in the last season also stood out to me. They didn't seem like sworn enemies. They almost felt like two players—or game masters—watching the same game.

Even the fallen tree on the road feels more like the entry point into the game than the result of a supernatural curse.

To me, what's happening in the town seems too large and too structured to be explained only by a dark ritual. It feels more like a world that was deliberately designed as a simulation.

Is it just a game between BIW and MIY?

In the last episode of Season 4, the Boy in White (BIW) calmly walks up to the Man in Yellow (MIY) without any fear. He tells him, "You could lose this time." MIY just smiles and replies, "We'll see."

The BIW seems to be on the side of good. He helps people who have an important role to play. He told Victor to wait near the tunnel so he could save Tabitha, because he knew she was needed to free the children. He also helped Sara and Boyd escape from the forest and left important clues for Victor to pass on to Tabitha. If the children are finally freed, the BIW wins.

The MIY, on the other hand, represents the opposite side. He creates false realities, manipulates people, and drives them to turn against each other. He uses rituals and fear to make people commit terrible acts, keeping the town trapped in chaos. As long as the people remain divided and terrified, they never get the chance to free the children.

The game has happened many times before, and so far, the MIY has always won.

There are no children, no town. Nothing is real. They are all part of the game..
