Tips on Improving Sniper ?

My best attempt to creating a one-shot sniper with decent range and fire rate. Works well till someone has a part that beefs up their health. Any ideas on parts I can use to guarantee a one-shot for enemies above 100 without sacrificing too much range, fire rate, and recoil ?

Magazine and Barrel: M2000
Grip: Circuit judge
Stock: APS
