Tips on Improving Sniper ?

My best attempt to creating a one-shot sniper with decent range and fire rate. Works well till someone has a part that beefs up their health. Any ideas on parts I can use to guarantee a one-shot for enemies above 100 without sacrificing too much range, fire rate, and recoil ?

Sight: M40
Magazine and Barrel: M2000
Grip: Circuit judge
Stock: APS

They're adding a minigun and its gonna be ass

The way damage works in WWG is similar to many other FPS titles: Less RPM = More damage. But a minigun fires thousands of rounds in a minute, so what does that mean? It could have low damage to balance it out. This is the worst thing they could do. Instead, they could just make it so you move slower and get more hipfire spread. Even so, the damage will likely be ass so would it be worth it? What do you guys think?

In your opinion what is the most underrated gun type, for me it's Shotgun, quite under utilised for its DPS potential
