Venti Sized Rant!
My SM is insane. There is no other way to put it. She has been reported MULTIPLE times over the past year or two since she’s been with Starbucks and somehow still has a job here. She’s made pedophilic comments, discriminatory comments against pregnant partners, she talks trash on EVERYONE and calls all of her partners stupid.. etc etc etc. She was fired from her last job for talking trash on her employees but even with all of the reports made, Starbucks just doesn’t seem to care!
She belittles all of her shift supervisors calling them “dumb and dumber.” Saying none of them know how to do their job, yet she refuses to coach them on their “mistakes.” Will not fire or write anyone up/or hold anyone accountable for their actions. We had a partner call off for a week straight and she just doesn’t seem to care enough to do anything about it. Oh, and the cherry on top, she is now being sexist and refuses to hire men as well because the one man we work with she doesn’t like.
Literally what do I do to get Starbucks to listen. Even with all the reports made, this woman STILL HAS A JOB. I cannot handle it anymore and all the other partners are losing their mind too. I could go wayyy more into detail but I fear I would get carried away. Help.
