Hi all,
I’m on compounded Tirz and my last 5mg shot was last week. Today is injection day but I didn’t lose anything from last week til today. I’m wondering if I should remain on 5mg or go ahead and dose up to 7.5mg? My appetite seems to be suppressed well during the first 5 days, the last 2 days (like today) my food noise comes back.

For reference, I usually lose about 4-5 lbs a week usually. I’m down 25lbs since March 23rd

Any suggestions?
