January 1st - 218lbs currently at 168
Can’t say one single thing contributed more than another because I was dialed in every aspect / cut alcohol completely
First locked in Nutrition and diet - 1,500 cals a day 160g protein minimum
Got test levels checked was hovering right above 300, started taking 150mg test C per week
Late January started taking Tesamorelin 1mg/Nightly 5 on 2 off
March Started taking Reta at 1.0mg/6 days by this point I was hovering about 185
As of the past month currently I’m at 2.5mg Reta/6 days and 300mcg daily CJC/IPA 6 days a week
I have lost zero strength, in fact my bench went from 185lbs to 245 where I’m currently at, I feel the best I ever have at 28 years old.
There’s not one singular aspect I would attest to how I was able to attain this, but I fully committed and I think every piece came together well. Goal weight is 175 and 12% body fat. Need to get a dexa to see where I’m currently sitting!!
