Could anyone tell me roughly how old these are?

I got them from my local farm store last weekend. This is our first time owning chickens and the bin listed them as pullets, but they still have quite a bit of fluff on them imo. I’m guessing ~5 weeks

Once I get this enclosed, would this be nice for my hens?

I’ve got two adult blue egg layers and then five pullets I got from our local farm store. The only “predator” type animals I have around are opossum, but my dog typically keeps them away. I have the pullets separate from the hens currently due to one of the hens killing one of them.
