Looking for a sturdy, mid range graphics, and a bit on the cheaper side gaming laptop

Hello everyone, I've been considering getting a new gaming laptop. I had Lenovo Legion Y540 that I bought in 2020, it was pretty good, but the exterior is terrible and now the chaise is completely cracked and the fans do not sit right and make a lot of weird noises, i'm afraid it's near it's end, and where I live, it's difficult to get service.
I was considering the Ausu TUF 16, but I heard there are wifi card issues.
My budget is around $1000, I can go a bit higher if it's worth it.
Mid range graphics card is fine, I'm not a heavy gamer.
The main thing I'm looking for is a laptop that can live like 8 years or more. A sturdy exterior is very important. I know, I know, a bit unrealistic these days. But I miss my old dell laptop that lived over 8 years with an underclocked graphics card as it was a faulty model. And only had a small dent on one side.
Budget: $1000 (can go higher if worth it)
Use: Gaming mostly and some other mixed work
Country: Egypt
Your recommendations are appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
