I have a secondhand Razr+ 2023 from ATT. I have OEM Unlocking enabled but I'm not allowed to unlock the bootloader. I understand that usually carrier phones are not allowed to be unlocked, but the internal screen is broken. The warranty is long over and the phone is 100% paid off.
I'm just trying to use this for a project and a lot of non-root methods of doing things aren't persistent after reboot.
