I was invited by an elderly neighbor to her granddaughter’s grad party at 5 pm on saturday. I have never met these neighbors before (I’m relatively new on island ((navy)) and haven’t met most of my neighbors bc i’m always at work). I’ve also never been to any type of party on guam so i have no idea what to do. Do i bring food?? A gift?? was this just a polite invite but im not actually expected to show up????? please help 😭😭

also my husband and i are both southern/hispanic and we like to cook/bake, so bringing food wouldn’t be an issue. and i do not know the age of the granddaughter
