POTS and Cycles

TW: talk of menstruating and some binge eating

TLDR at bottom, I'm rambling a bit!

I get my period every 2 ish weeks for about 4 days (yes it sucks). I used to be every 28 days like clockwork. Now, because the change, I have had to learn my cycle all over again.

Currently in the ravenous stage (about 4-5 days before I start) before I hit anger (2 days before).

I usually have one hyper fixation food/meal per cycle. The food varies. I will eat this food once a day at least, if not more. And still eat regular meals. So I'm essentially binging.

My current fixation is cream cheese and Nutella sandwiches. If you know why that's the current one, you are cool.

One of my common ones is quesadilla and ramen. Both of these I load with sodium.

I am in a crash right now when I haven't had one since December.

I think I noticed a pattern. When I eat too much sugar I crash. Which, duh, I should have realized that. I'm not getting my normal salt intake.

Alas, the infernal organ wants what it wants. I'll be here, horizontally of course.

TLDR: Ate too many sweets cause hormones and now I have put myself in a flair.
