This is what happens when you have a platform with over a hundred thousand subscribers, people bombarding businesses with negative reviews. Although this is normal for Frank and nothing new for us, what distinguishes this specific one is that Frank and Dr. Taban are in an ongoing legal case, and nothing has been determined yet because, at least to my knowledge, they both pushed the trial date back numerous times.

I am not defending Dr. Taban; I wouldn't trust Dr. Taban with my life if I had to leave it in his hands, but it's important to note that Frank is claiming to be the victim when he's the one starting everything. I'm 100% certain the constant bombardment of negative reviews and numerous people disrupting his office will be brought up in court.

He is seriously so delusional. How does he have the audacity to start charging people on rating faces? Who would even take this freak seriously anyway? Why would I wanna pay a random dude on the internet to tell me how I look when I can just message women and they’d tell me straight up for free🙄🙄

As far as I know, publicly accusing a buyer on eBay for scamming is against eBay’s terms of service. EBay is a hit or miss platform to sell, but as long as you respond in a professional more neutral manner, then you’re fine.

Frank, instead of accusing the buyer of scamming you, or even venting about your business operations, why not reply with “I’m sorry you weren’t happy with me canceling your order.” That’s it. Or even better, don’t respond at all.

Why does Frank feel like he needs to be right? Why does he always want to win the argument?

Is Frank suing Timothy for allegedly running a shady business and allegedly scamming people? Frank, please. You’re the one scamming multiple people everyday and you get more negative reviews in a year than Giant Implants does in their entire lifetime.

I don’t know the entire story of Giant Implants and whether if they’re stealing money, but Frank lied by stating that they (Timothy, giant implants, etc.) started this lawsuit. No they didn’t. They got sued by you because you’re jealous that they’re allegedly stealing money from the looksmaxxing community and you wanted the piece of the pie.

Already talked about this briefly in two different Reddit posts, but basically, Frank’s most likely buying weird shit off from Alibaba (TIL AliExpress is just for regular consumer and AliBaba is for bulk sale items for businesses) and flipping it for a profit.

I don’t have a problem with people who do that, because I do it too (mostly refurbishing broken electronics, iPhones, guitars, etc). The difference is, Frank is using a stock image of the product, claims that the battery is not included, and uses the picture of the product with the battery. I know this is an old forum post from 2015, basically 11 years ago as I’m writing this, but Frank is selling fake items on eBay.

The pictures shown is a forum post of a user compiling a list of eBay sellers who were selling fake knives at the time. At #37 was good ol Frank. Now you might be wondering “How do we know if it’s actually Frank? What if it was another user who’s also named Frank” well if you look at the seller’s location, Thornwood, New York, that was where Frank was residing at the time - his parent’s place.

So how exactly is this relevant to right now? Well, for starters, Frank is a scammer who would scam people on his FFRM business (will write another Reddit post on this sometime, work is keeping me occupied) and if you take a look at my other Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/FrankTufano/comments/1vai5z7/frank\_tufano\_scamming\_people\_on\_ebay\_again/) he is selling an item that he doesn’t have the pictures of in hand.

I just thought of this now as I’m typing up this post. It’s possible that he’s drop shipping it from AliExpress and is just selling it as new. If Frank Tufano, otherwise known as 765frank765 on eBay, is selling a lawn mower without the battery, why would he add a picture with the battery in the listing? Using a stock photo too, that’s great. I wouldn’t be surprised if he mails out a piece of paper with the picture printed on it instead of the lawnmower.

Also, didn’t this guy advise his viewers to never sell on eBay? What a hypocrite.
