Frank Tufano publically doxing numerous customers in one video

Normally, Frank would dox one person in a singular video, but now he's doxing numerous people in one video, and he justifies it because the case is "public." It's one thing to read out someone's name, but to also post the address of where they live, Frank Tufano is indirectly inciting harassment. We only hear Frank's side of the story, not the customers.

Concerns about Customer privacy and poor customer service

Hey guys, hope you’re all doing well.

Today I watched Frank’s video where he exposed customers’ names, home addresses, and even their houses publicly on YouTube. Sadly, this isn’t something new — he’s apparently been doing this for a while.

Let’s be real: if customers receive poor-quality products or terrible customer service, of course they are going to file complaints or chargebacks. Many people have already complained that they can’t even get proper responses from Frank when problems happen.

What confuses me is this: does he seriously believe exposing customers publicly will stop chargebacks? That makes no sense. If anything, it could create even bigger problems for him legally and financially. Customers can still report issues to their bank, the police, consumer protection agencies, or even YouTube itself.

Publicly exposing private customer information online is not a smart move. The losses and consequences would fall back on the business owner, not the customers.

A lot of people have already criticized the poor customer experience and lack of professionalism. Instead of fixing the service and improving product quality, he keeps blaming others and acting like everyone is against him.

My advice to customers:
If you want quality meat and reliable service, buy from trusted ranchers, local shops, or reputable online businesses with good customer support and strong reviews.

And if you are one of the people whose personal information was exposed online, you should consider reporting the video to YouTube and, if necessary, reporting the situation to the proper authorities with proof.

Thank you.

“The government made you ugly” - Frank Tufano

I’d argue and say Frank made himself ugly because of his impulse decision on getting unnecessary eye surgery

I’m planning to get orbital decompression even though I do not have thyroid disease, just like OUR FRANK. How can I avoid ending up with HIS fate? What could he have done differently, besides not getting orbital decompression AT ALL, to avoid going through hell? Do you think doing ONLY the LATERAL W

I’m planning to get orbital decompression this summer. I do not have thyroid disease and I’m terrified of ending up with the fate of OUR FRANK. What do you think, would he have done better if he had only done the lateral wall instead of deep lateral? Do you have any information suggesting that the MEDIAL WALL alone is what destroyed his result? Because thanks to him, I will NEVER do the MEDIAL WALL, so if I don’t go blind, it can honestly be said that FRANK had a HUGE POSITIVE INFLUENCE. I only recently learned about Frank and I’m trying to educate myself as much as possible about his struggle with orbital decompression, but I HAVE TO DO THE SURGERY IN JUNE because that’s when I can travel to Spain for work, so I’m interested in ALL THE DETAILS and lore of his orbital decompression journey from people who know the story. What was his CRUCIAL MISTAKE besides doing orbital decompression in the first place? Could he have had orbital decompression and still avoided ending up going through HELL?
