July 2 was the final deadline to file important trial paperwork (jury instructions and a verdict form) before the pretrial hearing on July 6.
The court had already said no to delaying the case, so the deadline still had to be met.
On that day, Taban’s lawyers spent most of the time trying to get the documents finished with Frank. They sent drafts, asked for his feedback, and repeatedly asked him to call so they could sort out disagreements. The goal was to file something both sides agreed on.
Frank mainly responded with short messages saying he did not agree with the filings or the trial date, and there doesn’t appear to have been any proper phone discussion or detailed back-and-forth about the documents.
By the end of the day, the lawyers said they would file the paperwork themselves and tell the court that Frank did not cooperate.
The pretrial hearing on July 6 is still going ahead regardless of whether Frank attends or not, and the case will continue on schedule.
Just wanted to update this old thread with the recent animal abuse footage. If you open the video above, it shows Frank Tufano kicking a goat repeatedly, then dragging it by the neck over sharp rusty tools, and note how malnourished the goat is due to Frank's continual negligence. If he's willing to upload this video publicly, can you imagine how he treats his animals in private??

Before he originally started asking for donations, Frank used to repeatedly explain how he'd "soon have to declare bankruptcy." He stopped mentioning bankruptcy altogether when he realized it would stifle donations, since why would someone donate to a business that'll go bankrupt anyway? Under Chapter 7 bankruptcy he'd be forced to sell his business and everything therein. "The court-appointed trustee would seize his assets, including business inventory, freezers, equipment, etc, and sell them to pay off his personal debts. The business would effectively cease to exist."
Basically, if you donate to Frank Tufano, it's going directly into his bank account for him to waste on going to fancy restaurants and getting more lip filler, that's it. It won't "save his business" because his plan was to always declare bankruptcy. Keep in mind he ran up over $400k worth of business credit card debt that was almost all luxuries, starting with the original $40k eye surgery and the twelve different corrective surgeries following. He deliberately splurged and blew money left and right, knowing he'd just inevitably declare bankruptcy and have it all wiped clean.
Frank's been claiming to be "broke and destitute" for over a year now. Within that same year, he dropped $30k cash on a lightly used Lexus, $22k cash on a lightly used BMW, $200 on a steak with a $150 bottle of wine, a full week at a $1000 a night all-inclusive resort and spa, $60k on potato chip machinery (which he didn't need at all and ended up not even using and just paying the Amish to make his chips instead) and $5k on fourteen goats to keep in his massive backyard. He also admitted he had six company cars he bought. These are all directly admitted by him from his Youtube videos.
It is egregious that a man who flew around the world for plastic surgery while filming himself eating a $400 Japanese Wagyu steak is asking for donations from hardworking everyday people, not spoiled rotten narcissists like Frankiestein.
So that's why you do NOT want to donate to Frank Tufano. But you might be thinking "Huh, maybe I can still buy from him though?"

I have no clue why anyone would ever buy from Frank Tufano. You can check all the comments on his business Facebook page for proof, his posts were filled with complaints.
Lastly, about Frank's character. He admitted he "shouldn't be driving" and is "basically blind" and "can barely see or focus" yet he continues to drive anyway. He's gotten into multiple accidents including totaling his BMW in which he was at fault. If Frank shows such blatant disregard for other people's wellbeing and safety, why in the world would ANYONE want to support his business?

He must be watching this sub reddit. Right after I ask for an update, he posts an update on tiktok.
This is strange because Frank initially kept making videos about how Taban lied to him about the risks of the surgery from the consultation period to the post surgery recovery period. Weird, that Frank didn't even try secretly recording Taban so he has something to stand on in court.
Frank also made claims that he personally liaised with former patients that were botched by Taban and had enough evidence to start a class action lawsuit. But now he has nothing and needs to delay this case for a year?
Frank literally made a 30min video responding to Tabans cease and desist and claimed everything he said was backed by facts and evidence. Shouldn't it be easy for Frank to provide all of this in court?
This is an even stranger claim because those patient records wouldn't even be made public. So how did those records impact Frank's decision to get the surgery at the start?
Not to mention there are privacy and confidential privilege issues involved with doctor-patient records. Taban isn't going to hand all his patient records to Frank simply because a subpeona was issued (I'm assuming Taban has lawyers to advise him on that and he's pro se like Frank).
I also don't think handing out flyers is scaring Taban too much so there goes Frank's hidden trap card.
Just some thoughts after seeing Frank act like he had some sort of bombshell lawsuit against Taban and he was going to get 500 million in damages

But does anyone know what's happening in the lawsuit with Taban? I don't follow the lawsuit and only caught updates from this sub or vegan gains live stream where he reacts to court filings.

Another day another delusional conspiracy theory about why Frank can't get a woman. The latest one is that we are being lied to about how low the female population is. Surely it can't be Frank's rotten narcissistic, homophobic and misogynistic personality, it must be that there aren't enough female partners to go around.

I emailed the Pennsylvania SPCA two police departments and one of the police departments got back to me. They told me that Greenfield Township is not within the City of Carbondale's service area, to call this number, and that an officer would be dispatched to the appropriate location.

I emailed the City of Carbondale's police but haven't heard back. I don't live in the USA and can't make calls there. Can someone who lives in the USA (or is at-least able to make calls there) call this number to report Frank's goat abuse so that the cops hopefully show up at his door?

If anyone is concerned about franks abuse of his goats there are a few official ways to report it so it can be reviewed by the proper authorities.
Remember: animal abuse is a *criminal* offense in PA. We are properly reporting a crime Frank willingly uploaded onto his social media account. Nothing we would be doing is considered harassment, nothing bad. We are just reporting a crime.
One option is the Pennsylvania SPCA Animal Law Enforcement unit, which investigates suspected animal cruelty in many parts of the state.

Frank has other goats. He’s willing to post that behavior online and it’s clear he’s likely doing worse to his goats behind the scenes. Goat actually seems to be terrified of Frank.

Of course they do. I went out with a few girls that did, and they’re probably the same size, if not smaller, than Frank’s. They just didn’t care about Frank’s muscles because he’s gay, not using that as an insult, it’s a legitimate reason. It’s ok to be gay Frank. I have no problem with people who identify as whatever they are, because how would that negatively impact me?? I’m certain the majority of people in this subreddit wouldn’t give two flying fucks about what you’re attracted to
