If you were to have a more progressive religion what aspect would you change? And what do you think would be necessary and foundational to keep in your belief system? Like what alterations could be detrimental to your religion and would have to be kept to keep your faith how you think it was intended? I'm an atheist and religious/belief system/ideology critical, but I'm not here to debate just listen to your opinions on this.

Hey, so I've been interested in witchcraft for a while but haven't been consistent with it. I want to try harder to incorporate it into my daily life, which can be hard for a wannabe art witch with severe art block. Anyway my main point is that I'm a senior, and soon to be college student. For complex reasons (and because I'm very introverted) I just have one friend who's in another country. I'd like to have irl pals ofc but right now I'm asking the best method to finding fellow witches or unlabeled people interested in the craft. Preferably SASS which definitely cuts out a lot of options. Also I live in a country where I'm not fluent in the language and don't think there would be many witches where I live.
I'm asking for how you guys found other witches online and I guess in person, but a method for people around my age. There's the teen sub but I'm not too optimistic about the potential reception I may receive. Also I'm factoring in politics because I'm Black & anti-hierarchy (a simplification of my ideology). Also I'm queer and not really the 'vanilla' who would be easy for cishet normatives to get used to. So, how can I find witches who are also politically aligned with me.
