Not another UK delivery complaint

In all honesty, when I ordered mine at 6:07pm, I was given an estimate of 3–5 working days.

When I contacted support on Monday the 11th, they then told me it would actually be 6–10 working days.

That now takes us to Tuesday the 19th, which would be a full two weeks after ordering.

Realistically, if they’re going to fulfil the maximum delivery estimate, when would they actually need to ship it?

Today is Friday, so surely for it to arrive by Tuesday it would need to be dispatched by today at the latest?

Seeing all these posts from people in the UK and Europe who have already received theirs is honestly pretty upsetting. I’m normally a patient person, but it’s hard not to feel frustrated when people in the same country already have theirs and there seems to be no clear reason why mine hasn’t even been fulfilled yet.

What was the point in setting alarms, jumping on the second sales went live, fighting through website errors, spamming the order button, and finally feeling lucky when the payment went through… only for the order to still be sitting there unfulfilled nearly two weeks later?

Will it actually arrive by the 10-day mark on Tuesday? And if it doesn’t… then what?

At this point it just feels like we got bent over.

Had me worried for a min there. Kept getting errors but spamming that purchase button seemed to work. Come on Lads!!!!
