I’m in charge of multiple groups (county bar association, practice area section for the bar) and I am STRUGGLING post Covid to get any attendance. I’ve all but disbanded the county bar association. I‘ve had 5-10 people attend some section meetings. The most recent one, no one but officers attended. I’ve tried all different models. Speakers, case rounds, socials. What would get you to attend an in-person event?
