Biggest takeaways to me are the keywords of the detachments. The Legacy of Grace can't be combined with other GRACE detachments, just how the Wrath of the Doomed can't be taken with other DOOMED detachments.
Legacy of Grace is a hero hammer detachment that gives character infantry units +1 advance and Charge. Enhancement shown off is for a Psyker and is Blood Boil. Strat is a Character unit gets a 5+ invul.
Encarmine Speartip gives Sanguinary Guard units fallback and shoot and charge. Enhancment gives a jump pack character +1 damage once per game. Strat gives stealth to Sang Guard.
They showed off a second strat for DC detachment that gives the HATED keyword to a unit that just destroyed a DC unit. That gives all other DC units +1 to wound against that unit for the rest of the game.
