Hi all, does anyone have any dog sitter recommendations please? Need our greyhound to have an overnight stay at the end of May but we are looking for her to stay in somebody's house rather than in a kennel environment, and I'm struggling to find that by searching online. (We also don't want somebody to stay in our home)

Hi all, I parked in this car park (Aldi) for 5 minutes a few weeks ago. The shop was closed, so I went across the road to Tesco to get some milk and then got back in the car and left. I didn't even think to look for a sign to be honest.
I now have a £70 fine (this would've been reduced if I paid within 14 days but I've been away and so didn't see the post).
I am so not ok with the idea of paying £70 for 5 minutes, but I'm wondering how I go about refuting this? Is there any legal grace period at all or can they do this with it only being 5 minutes?
