i hit the 15 exam limit within the 7 day period on the 18th. contacted support that same day via email since my expiration date was originally the next day. both in the automated email and in the website, i was told i'd get access back the 21st at 8PM EDT. however, it's still locked and i've yet to receive a response from support. called support instead, and they said i'd get access back today at 8PM EDT.. but i still have no access.

i only have 2 exams left before completion, so i'm mainly trying to figure out whether this delay is normal or if i should continue attempting to contact support.

has anyone else dealt with this before, and how long did it actually take to regain access?
