Suddenly horrible skin

My face is sliding off, my pores are huge, and I have lines around my mouth in a fu-manchu shape. What can I do about this? I’m 44 and have always looked young for my age. This happened SO rapidly. The start of jowls is not something I’m here for! I am down for whatever procedures can fix this.

Any tips on where to purchase the filler for the least risk to my global entry? Is there anywhere in the United States? You can buy products or is Allergan all over it? I seriously wonder how much these products cost the nurses who inject them and how much you end up paying for the labor and overhead.
