I work at a car dealership and theres alot of snakes in the patch of woods surrouded by parking lot they dont have much space to move around and i dont think theres a reliable water sorce this summer i found a bunch of nests of multiple species and i figured if they put there babys there it was an ok spot but then they expanded the lot and burried half of the nests and now theres been snakes coming out into the parking lots and getting smashed... i know if you take a turtle and relocate it to far youll have a dead turtle but if i relocate the snakes i find while flipping rocks around the patch, can i take them to my normal herping spots or will it dissorient them too much i just wanna save them

This little guy was hopping through the parking lot at work today, so i moved him back twords the woods. Not sure though if its a green frog or a wood frog.

Disclaimer, this video was taken a while ago and since then i try not to handle salamanders because it is possibly dangerous for them.
