Has anyone noticed this dog at 1040 Dean Street? The apartments above Food Garden at Franklin x Dean?
I’ve seen it being walked around the block before, but after seeing it up close today I am horrified. It has open wounds and scabs, crusted eyes, moves slowly and looks underfed and weak. Really broke my heart.

Update - his name is Tyson and he’s about 4-5 years old. He is being neglected medical care due to lack of funds. If you have any, please share resources or contacts I can reach out to in addition to 311. The concierge I spoke with is willing to pass this info along to the mom.
