What you’ll do:
• Support lead follow-up and client onboarding
• Coordinate between sales, merchandising, and production for accurate timelines/quotes
• Maintain CRM/tracking systems and prepare client-facing materials
• Assist with meeting scheduling and client correspondence

**What you’ll do:**
Greet visitors and manage the front desk professionally

Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly

Respond proactively to client requests — follow-ups, not just reactive replies

Coordinate basic admin tasks (scheduling, courier handling, supply orders, etc.)

Support different departments with light multi-tasking as needed

**What we’re looking for:**
Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional attitude

Excellent spoken and written English

Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks

Prior receptionist/front office/admin experience preferred

Based in or able to relocate to Dubai

**Salary:** AED 3,000–3,500 (based on experience)

**Location:** Dubai Silicon Oasis (note: office relocating to Al Quoz early 2027)
