Just ended therapy with old looking for new.

I had a long term therapist that ended end of July last year.
Started with new one during lots of life transitions I opened up way too fast, faster than I would have liked. I got attached, clingy. I recognized it though, took a week off to regain independence, when I came back, had a bad session…. and I ended respectfully, but abruptly.
Other things were off, so it’s not as easy as saying I made a mistake and trying to work things out.

Any advice on finding a new?
Thanks

What am I likely experiencing? I am convicted your friend and your therapist are talking to each other about me? -

Not necessarily in a bad way,

More of like they talk about my behavior. Like a -This is what she did or this is how she’s acting.

They are both counsels of some sort.
I believe it’s true, but at the same time, I’d hope they wouldn’t do that. The belief varies in intensity. Is this normal?

I thought I would put this one out there.

I keep reading that the brain in people with BPD is different.

Instead of using questionnaires and interviews and looking at history and behavior, why aren’t patients just diagnosed with an MRI or something?

You’d think it would be more cost effective in the end and there would be fewer people who are misdiagnosed.
