Laufey Theory

Right hear me out, what if faye wasn't from norse mythology? sounds weird and I might be wrong but for starters:
Her magic: her and atreus's magic are and works very different to Angrboda's and Grylas magic, these two have very spiritual magic and look very different to, Atreus and Faye's magic, they have much more volatile and offensive magic, too me that just sticks out, like with the soul splitting ability they both have shown in the new trailer of laufey and in ragnarok with fenrir and atreus? i know gryla had some kind of soul stealing ability but they just seem different, like she has to use her magic imbued pot whereas these two don't?
I still think Faye is a giant just not from joutenheim, could she possibly be a giant from Celtic mythology, and this is why no one really knows her from joutenheim? such as angrboda? i've been looking it up and seen that there are part giant, part gods in celtic mythology, and giants as a whole who aren't "giant" giant,
and don't you think it's hell of a coincidence the first game we get of laufey she gets a sword from celtic mythology?!
i'm not sure about the whole mask thing and how she knows of it but, it would explain how she's seen it before or knows of it from a different land as she realises there's more than one, this theory could also explain why in the mural at the end of 2018 when she's looking up too some kind of leaders in joutenheim like it's some kind of debate and she's not a leader herself (because she's an outsider) with so much impact in ragnarok and 2018 i'm no theorist or anything but i just wanted to put this out there and someone can either debunk this or go further with it? just seems a hell of a lot of differences and coincidences to me
