Why can I not add my friend as a trusted connection?
I’m just gonna explain simply what’s happening first, recently my friend has his birthday and moved up an age group 2 above the one I had been assigned by AI face verification. Because of this we tried to add each other as trusted connections so we wouldn’t need to text through Discord while we’re trying to play games together.
I unfriended him and let him scan my Roblox QR code, it only worked to add him as a normal friend and didn’t give the option for trusted connection like it did when we’ve done it with others. I then unfriended him again and tried one more time, this time scanning his QR code, but we just had the same problem as before.
I will give some extra details in case they may help anyone understand more what might be wrong and why it won’t work.
I do suppose I should add that we each sent a screenshot with our Roblox QR codes to scan, I wonder if this could be the reason but am somewhat unsure because I’ve been able to add at least 3 other friends as trusted connections through a screenshot of the QR code.
Our accounts are both age verified which I’m sure you could’ve gathered from the fact we were able to chat together before. Our accounts are also both 13+.
