Some info first i have an adenoma(whichis supposed to be inactive but it had some growth, growth maybe due to the fact that it was taken with non contrast mri we will take it again next month, my prolactin around 27 pg/ml so its prolly not prolactinoma)
Anyways i made some estrogel at home 0.2%. Ive ben using 6 mg a day. It cost me like 70 dollars for a year of gel.
My doctor told me today that estrogel is back in stock in my country(its 1.5 mg per pump. 32 pumps per bottle 0.06%. Its also 25$ per bottle.)
Doctor talkin about some “its not reliable if u make it at home blablabla” what should i do? Buying and making estro is not against the law, selling it is and i dont sell.
My levels are 1000-1400 pg/ml at like 2 hours after applying and round 150 pg/ml after 12 hours.
I also take 12 cypro every 36hrs. I was on mono but my testesterone went up to around 76 pg/ml and i started having morning erections so i started using again
What should i do?

I was making 1.6 grams estrogen,80 grams orange oil, 80 grams propylene glycol, 640 gr (80% ethyl alcohol) . I accidentally bought smaller ethyl alcohol bottle. I already mixed it. Can i add 200 more grams later and use it?

I mightve forgot my powder under the window(transparent curtains) for like 6 months… it was in an aluminum bag but aluminum bag was open. Inside the bag it was double sealed in 2 transparent zipper bags. Is it safe to consume or?

Estrogen peaks at like 1k then drops down to 120 pg/ml(12hr). Is this ok? I do it with 17b estradiol and hand sanitizer recipe. Onto testicles. Should i drop my dosage i kinda eyeball it(1.5 pumpsish and i lowkey dont put all of it) Havent had problems for 3 years and i got breast ultrasound since it kinda hurts(doctor said slight widening of milk canals but otherwise no tumor). Also had no cancer adenoma and it mightve gotten 2cm bigger in last 8 months (they used non contrast mri this time that might be why im gonna retake it 3 months later, it was under control for like 5 yrs) thats why im kinda concerned. I also had to start androcur again since T was getting higher for some reason. Prolactin around 20-24 (15 is max for males ig)

Edit it got 2 mm bigger lol. I would be dead rn

Hi just started 2 days ago. Frieren is at Supreme+ right now. Havent unlocked paragon yet but i got enough gems to guarantee her like 6 times. If i roll friere. What happens to soulstones? Someone said they turn into dimensional soulstones.(1 frieren stone turns into 3 if i got that right, and you need 3x of what u need rn so its basically equal). How do i get more of these and is it good to pull frieren rn so i can ipgrade her when i unlock paragon? Tysm
