Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to this community because I know how supportive the G59 family can be.On March 27th of this year, my son Jason Wells tragically passed away from an accidental overdose, just one month after his 20th birthday. Jason was a diehard $uicideboy$ fan. Their music held a massive place in his heart and helped him immensely with his mental health struggles over the years.Going to Grey Day together every year was our favorite tradition. This year, I am attending the October 3rd show at Glen Helen Amphitheater by myself, carrying his memory. San Bernardino was Jason's hometown, and the tour was announced just three days after he left us.I know how much the boys care about mental health advocacy, addiction awareness, and their fans. My absolute dream and final farewell gift to my son would be to somehow get him a brief shoutout at the show.I know it’s a long shot, but if anyone here has advice, connections, or can help amplify this so it might reach the band's management or team, it would mean more to me than words can ever describe. Thank you all for listening and for being a community that helped my son feel understood while he was here. 🖤
