Getting back into it, advice needed

I used to box in my teens but wasn't allowed to go further because my parents hated it. But as an adult now, I want to get back into it again. Got a cheap bag from the market place and just started to hit it remembering what I was taught before.

Please do provide advice on things I should work on, I want to get into amateurs at least and do what teen me wished for .

I'm 5'5 83 kilos right now (was about 68 when I used to box)

Hey guys, So I'm doing a vfx scene, need to put this 3D display cabinet with a person in it on top of video, I've set up the scene and everything but I'm just concerned with the rendering. Its super noisy. I have a 5070 so I should be able to do more samples for less time but I wanted to ask here if there was any other advice or hacks for making it less grainy other than more samples.

I've attached the settings for the render pass as well. Please do let me know.

The essential thing in this scene is the "foggy" glass so It needs to look almost frosted.

First image is no denoise, second is with denoise(Which sucks ) and last is the settings.
