Order cancellation by Printify Provider Jondo

So I'm a fairly new seller with not much experience in POD. I've recently created some designs (mostly handdrawn by either me or my friend, created on our own or AI adjusted from our drawing).

I've received my first order, which I was excited about. Even though my image size is exactly as suggested by print provider (Jondo, via Printify), and DPI is 300, my order keeps getting cancelled, with no actual reason apart from "Unfortunately, the chosen print provider is currently unavailable to fulfill some (or all) of your items." which seems to be an universal message when it's cancelled by provider.

There should be no CC infringement, since it's not related to anything actually created by some other artist, nothing related to movies etc.. It's basically a tree Yggdrassil, with some extra details, handdrawn parts etc., no copypasta.. And since everything I need (framed Canvas in Natural color) is "available for order" from Jondo, I'm wondering why is my order getting cancelled over and over again. Since there is no other option, I'll have to reach out to customer and offer some other option, but I'm still wondering, what to do to avoid my orders getting cancelled over and over again.

If someone more experienced would be able to help, I'd really appreciate it.
