Restoring my new 120 year old house, and I’m trying to source a moulding knife for the profile to mill it because $128 per 7’ piece isn’t in the budget, and I have a few hundred feet of clear redwood I would like to use.

Anybody have any places that sell larger profile knives? It’s 5 1/2” wide casing. Picture gives the general profile.

Please help! Trying to figure out a good layout for the ceilings in my house. Using D2W 4” cans. Room is 9’x11’.
