Financial Aid Refunds
Okay, I know we all are struggling with getting our refunds and financial aid. I have been emailing my advisor for months, getting barely any information back. It is taking a huge financial toll on my life. What is so annoying to me is that I can see the amount I owe for classes going down, so the school is being paid but they aren't giving me my refunds!!! I have contacted at least 3 different departments with the school AND filed a complaint on the FASFA website, which I urge everyone else to do as well. According to Title IV federal regulations under 34 CFR § 668.164(h), they are required to give us our refund within 14 days of disbursement. My balance has gone down twice, yet no refunds. I am looking into more ways I can get into contact with people and get this issue resolved.
