Hi all, I am looking to get some pokemon card packs for a friend's birthday. Is there any recommended avenue or what packs to get since I do not really have much info in this space. All I know is they collect eevee cards and my budget is <$200. Would not entertain any private deals since I can't really tell fakes apart... Thank you!
