My experience interviewing with Micro1
Hi Micro1 Team,
Over the past few months I have had the opportunity to interview for multiple roles with Micro1 and I have consistently had a positive experience interacting with Zara and the wider Micro1 team.
I have reached the hiring manager stage for several positions and what stands out to me is the proactive support from the recruiters and community managers in connecting me with relevant opportunities.
Considering the volume of candidates Micro1 engages with globally the community managers are doing an excellent job. Their responsiveness professionalism and proactive approach are truly admirable.
Each interaction has increased my curiosity about the culture within Micro1 and my excitement about the possibility of contributing to such a fast moving AI focused organisation.
