Ok , so I’m a new customer, I did the initial intake . I choose to do the virtual application ( whatever that’s called ) i answered all the questions, uploaded a pic of my script . I got an invite to the website, and a recite for the $75 . Do I have to do anything else ? I am fully aware of the wait, I’m totally fine with that . The portal just doesn’t have any information and I just want to make sure I’m not missing a step .

I am anxious by nature … let’s all just take a deep breath!!!! The orders will gets processed, the app will work, the emails will get answered!! They are absolutely swamped!!! If you are almost out of meds go to your backup plan ! Yes you should have a plan , a backup and a backup backup !!
