EDIT: My starting weight is 270 and I started tirzepatide approximately two weeks ago and initially lost 3lbs but it's been bouncing up and down for days (for example I'llbe 267, jump up to 270 or higher, and stay there. Never back to 267). I've reduced my calories, increased protein, and upped my water intake. My clothes fit a little looser but my skin is flabby and has a certain puffiness to it which is usually an indicator for me a whoosh is about to hit but I haven't experienced it yet. I know it's not a rush to lose a bunch of weight but I'm just really looking forward to see what my true weight loss is under the water. I can tell I have lost fat but the bloated puffy feeling is a pain to look at. Do you guys have any ideas of how to trigger it ? I've tried upping my calories, having a cheat day, and increasing water. What usually works for you guys ?
