I tried posting earlier that I found it easier to speak than type. The post got removed, and honestly it hit me harder than I expected. I think I’m just feeling low, emotionally tired, and kind of worn down by everything right now. I’m not really looking for advice or solutions — I just don’t want to sit alone with my thoughts and prefer to voice them than keep them bottled up.
