Please can someone advise on my hair? I asked for a more neutral lighter brunette/blonde highlights (1st pic) and they have turned out more copper (2nd pic). It is more orange then that as the week has gone on. I don’t think she used toner and gave me a reason why at the time. Any know how I can fix it as home? Even just to take out a little bit of the copper? Would a blue shampoo help or not really?
