Dance of knives - mystic cowl of the nameless enchant help
I'm using m1py's dance of knives build for season 14 - https://mobalytics.gg/diablo-4/builds/rogue-dance-of-knives
I also got this drop and not sure what to reroll between resource regen and impairment. Does resource regen get in the way of preparation and spending resources? If not then I should reroll impairment for life/cooldown?
