will i not be able to get a visa until i get my ib diploma legalised?

ib results day is 5th/6th july and my university starts late september (unicatt) so will i not even be able to apply for a visa until july?? because that seems super late and i want to make sure i get it in time so i dont miss classes

also is there a chance that unicatt will rescind my offer if i come in oct or smth? because the time it takes for a visa to arrive can be unpredictable

i take ib and have a ridiculously high pg which idk if i can achieve in my actual exams but does cattolica need me to score like my predicted or are they just happy with a 24 (passing grade)

the website doesnt rlly say much abt conditional vs unconditional offers and they didnt specify anything on the offer letter but im worried they'll take my scholarship away or smth if i dont reach my predicted grade

two scenarios, first one (red) is if i have a really long answer to the question can i write it below the box or will it not count (since idk whether the scanners scan tye full paper or jsut the boxes

second scenario (blue), if i wrote an absolutely bullshit answer in the given space and then came back and realised that it was wrong can i be able to cross it out and make an arrow below the boxes to write the correct answer? esp cause its a middle question and its not even in the direct bottom like how the red one is

also this paper was just taken as an example so ignore the questions
