Help please.
On july 1, 12:20am an interbank transfer was sent to my account 09***00**6. I received 2 transfers totaling 57,000. Later that morning I tried to open my bpi account, it didn’t show my account, I thought it was a system glitch. I went to an atm to withdraw but it says my account didn’t exist. I went to a branch to ask what happened, they said my account was closed. So how did I manage to receive money when my account was closed? And why was it closed when it clearly had money in it. I want to know what happened to my account why is it closed and what happened to the transfer
This is the message I will send to bpi, i just blurred my account number for privacy. But who here is at fault? Gcash or bpi? Bpi suddenly closed my account when I was about to receive money for this month budget.
For context my balance was around 30php on june 28, because I had to drain it for an emergency, then this happened. Like I saw the terms of service they shouldn’t have closed my account because the terms of service will only be applicable on july 8, they closed my account unjustly. Now we don’t know where the money went, because the transfer went through.
