For a friend, I don't know if everyone knows what I mean by "ditzy" or "airhead" but it's a new hire, just started, female, I assume first job, and their description is what I would call "ditzy." They used more colorful wording.
Nobody wants to work with her b/c she doesn't take any initiative, she's always just waiting around to be told what to do. Like she's been told before a basic thing to do, but she doesn't then just do it as a regular thing, she has to be told. She'll do anything you tell her, there just isn't any self-motivation.
Is there anything that can realistically be said to her or shown to her from your experience?
