New here - advice welcomed!

Hi everyone. For years, I’ve had severe left-sided leg pain along with IC symptoms and phantom UTIs. Two years ago, laparoscopy confirmed stage 1 endometriosis, but my pain persisted and worsened shortly after the birth of my son. I gave birth to my son 9 months ago, complicated by third-trimester high blood pressure and preeclampsia (could this be connected to vascular issues?). A recent ultrasound showed left iliac vein compression, suggesting May-Thurner syndrome.

What are the recommended next steps? Is a CT scan absolutely necessary to confirm this ultrasound finding, or are there alternatives? I really want to avoid unnecessary radiation. I also hope to conceive again within the next 6 months—should I delay treatment until after having children?

Possible May Thurners!

Hi all-

Has anyone been diagnosed with a vascular compression / specifically May Thurners? I continued to experience leg and bladder pain post-lap and it appears I may have May Thurners based on recent imaging.

I’m curious if anyone’s had success treating this condition and if anyone has insight on whether it’s best to treat the condition after you’re done having children? Thanks in advance!

Have had a lap done for endo and it was removed from my uterosacral ligaments. I’ve continued to have bladder symptoms (urgency, feeling of incomplete emptying) and left sided leg pain. Oftentimes, my bladder pain is also left sided. Bloating is still an issue. I’ve seen a vascular specialist but she only ordered two ultrasounds - one of my stomach and one of my leg.. am I missing anything here in the process of ruling out a vascular issue?
