My boyfriend stopped shaving, what do I do?
My bf ´21M’and I ´22F’have been dating for a year and a half. He used to be nicely shaved the first year we dated. But he suddenly stopped shaving 6 months ago.
Tbh looks isn’t that important to me, I decided to date him more for his personality than his appearance.But there’s a limit.I can’t even look at him when I ´m eating now because it disgusts me.
I don’t wanna be too graphic here but…it also ruins our sexual life.
One time during intimacy I said « I don’t wanna sound rude but can you shave so it will feel better for me ? » I thought that he would just go and shave in the bathroom for like 5 mins but he replied with « yeah it is rude » and didn’t shave.
It doesn’t even feel good to kiss him anymore…
Recently I asked him why he hadn’t shaved in such a long time . And he said that he doesn’t get IDed when he has facial hair( he vapes).Which doesn’t make any sense, I mean he’s over 18, so they can’t refuse to sell him vapes if he has his ID with him.
I really don’t understand why he would ruin our intimacy for that…
Idk what to do , because it does have an impact on our relationship.But I don’t wanna talk about it with him because it might make him feel uncomfortable.
