This app is just straight up not letting me settle my $400. First they randomly changed my settlement date to April 27th though my pay date is the first and they’d been settling on the first of each month before that. Tried to see if I could get it moved to my usual pay date but they just wasted my time with some clanker “help chat.” So I was 4 days late, ok, not the end of the world, except yesterday I repeatedly tried to settle and it gave me error messages every single time. Finally it seemed to take my settlement and I got a message it was “processing and could take up to an hour.” 24 hours later I get a message saying they could not process my payment and that I am now 5 days late on my settlement. Tried to deposit cash into Dave checking to settle that way, but it just gave me another error message. How am I supposed to fix this? Can I just revoke ACH and cut and run?
