Help w 7 month baby sleep

I am a first time mom with a baby 7 months old. EBF but has started solids slowly on a daily basis.

Currently on 3 naps but we have had a few days of 2 naps but he doesn't seem ready. Until 5,5 months he was rocked upright to sleep in my arms, with dad in baby carrier (babybjorn). He then refused my arms and I also started with the baby carrier or in the stroller. His best naps are in the stroller but you have to walk all the time. In stroller he can sleep 1,5 hours but when put down in bed from the carrier its usually 30-max 50 mins.

Naps during the day are OK in terms of settling him, but the bedtime is a nightmare.

Wake windows are 2,5-3/2,75-3/2,5-2,75 but then the last wake window will be veeeeery long due to him not settling for sleep. We have tried putting him to sleep after 2 hours, 3 hours, 3,5 hours. We also did 3/3,5/3,5. He gets upset when whe start the night time routine with dark bedroom, pj, diaper change, playing the same song. I try breastfeeding put he never falls asleep so I take the baby carrier and he can sometimes almost fall asleep but then just gets angry. I try for a while, take hime out, leave the room with him looking in the mirror or playing on the floor and try again later, he just gets so upset. He has no self soothing abilitys, I try patting him on his belly, saying shhhh but he just gets upset. After >3 hours I latch him again and he falls asleep exhausted. Sometimes it has been 4 hours, 5 or even 6. Im exhausted. At night he wakes and sometimes i can pat his but but usually he wants to latch. He doesnt sleep for more than 10-10,5 hours. Gets up 7-7.30 but usually sleep gets delayed to 9.30-22.30.

What am I doing wrong? Why is he so upset during evening and why doesnt the things that worked before no longer working? Why does the sleep carrier not working at night? He has a high temper, a loud screaming voice and once he gets mad its so hard to calm him... Checked for teeth, can see them on the hard part of the gum but not sore on the edges or drooling, no fever... This has been going on for weeks and he also has a lot of separation anxiety, learning to crawl. Is very happy during the day.
